| Lodge Reports Through Voice via TimeTec Patrol |

Introducing a new feature in TimeTec Patrol for security guards! Now on top of choosing the incidents to lodge as a report, security guards can insert a voice note to describe the incident better. The new voice feature is not only convenient but it also provides more insight into an incident than a text.
This feature is made easily accessible in TimeTec Patrol. When reporting an incident, just click on the Microphone icon as shown in the screenshot below to start the voice recording.

Once done, the guards can replay the record to check on the clarity of the message and additionally, they can also add photos to the report.

The Voice Note sent can be accessed by guards and their superiors via the Mobile App and through the Web Portal of TimeTec Patrol for immediate action if necessary.
